Appeal court upholds position on “off the record” employment conversations

Employment negotiations that take place “off the record” cannot later be used as evidence in court, the Court of Appeal has found.

The Court of Appeal has upheld an Employment Court decision concerning Kenneth Lee Morgan and the Whanganui College Board of Trustees.
