ASX-listed Bulletproof buys NZ’s Cloud House

ASX-listed Bulletproof is acquiring Auckland-based Cloud House in a deal worth up to $5.2 million.

Cloud House – which consults on cloud computing services – has received $1 million up front, with another $4.2 million on the way (half in cash, half in shares) if it hits profit and revenue targets
