Auckland industrial vacancies are easing downward, Colliers researcher Alan McMahon says.
A year ago the overall vacancy rate was 5.1% and it is the same today, after rising to 6% earlier this year.
Compared to a year ago, reductions in vacancy in nine precincts are offset by increases
