Auckland tavern building to be converted to internationally branded hotel

Auckland’s popular CBD Queen’s Head Tavern is to be converted into a 250-room hotel.

Work will start next month by Russell Property Group on converting the tavern to an internationally branded four-star hotel on the corner of Queen St and Mayoral Drive.
