Darwin-based company CSG has completed its acquisition of Kiwi businesses Konica Minolta Business Solutions and Leasing Solutions, it was announced today.
Last month, the company announced it would acquire 90% of Konica Minolta Business Solutions and 100% of Leasing Solutions.
CSG managing director Denis Mackenzie said Konica Minolta had the potential to grow significantly over the next three to five years and it would focus on further expanding the business.
Mr Mackenzie said CSG would look to acquire new businesses from both the public and corporate sector in 2010. He said the company would strive to be the leading Australian-owned IT company.
The company’s growth has been attributed to “aggressive targeting” of large IT services and businesses, such as the Ultranet project that it is currently delivering for the Victorian government.
''We believe we are well positioned in a number of large opportunities currently in the marketplace, and our proven track record of success in delivering effective solutions, gives us the confidence that we can continue to gain market share” Mr Mackenzie said.
