Aussie tax official attacks IRD
The Inland Revenue’s own actions had prevented him paying money owed, disgraced former Australian tax official Nick Petroulias told Wellington’s High Court yesterday.
Mr Petroulias is fighting a bid by the IRD to extend an existing “freezing order” on assets to a to a property the IRD says
