Australia says yes to Turkish Airlines but Qatar remains blocked
The Government decision will increase Turkish Airlines flights by 500%.
Turkish Airlines will also enjoy 'flight freedom' rights to two other destinations.
The Australian Government has approved a significant increase in international flights from new entrant Turkish Airlines in a move which will be seen as another snub for Qatar Airways, whose requests were denied earlier this year.
Turkish Airlines was originally approved for seven flights a week
