Bankrupt developer fights appeal dumping

Bankrupt property developer Philip Joseph Fava is fighting the Official Assignee’s decision not to continue his appeal against a costs judgment that led to his bankruptcy.

Mr Fava was bankrupted for the second time last May after he failed to get a stay on a judgment by High Court Justice
