Bathurst rises on climate change decision

Bathurst Resources shares (NZX: BTU) rose almost 8% yesterday on a positive High Court decision on climate change.

Shares in the South Island coal miner closed up 4 cents at 55 cents, a rise of more than 50% since August 3 but well short of its April 2011 high of $1.72.
