Keith Reynolds to step down from the consultancy firm for personal reasons.
Beca Group chief executive Keith Reynolds, has announced he is leaving the consultancy firm on October 31 for personal reasons.
Executive chairman Richard Aitken will take over as interim group chief executive on October 1, and Mr Reynolds will assist Mr Aitken throughout October with the transition.
Mr Reynolds, who is from the UK, says his decision to resign is mainly driven by the challenges around relocation to New Zealand, and the amount of travel that is inevitably required in a role of this nature.
Beca has asked him to continue on a consultancy arrangement from November 1 through to March 31 to support the business during those months and assist the leadership team where appropriate.
Beca won the Company of the Year award at last year's Deloitte/Management magazine Top 200 awards.
