As previously indicated to the market, SeaDragon Limited [NZX: SEA] is pleased to confirm the appointment of Brett Hewlett to the Board of Directors with effect from Monday, 2 November 2015.
Mr Hewlett was previously CEO of Comvita Limited [NZX: CVT] for 10 years and is currently an advisor to Comvita’s Board and a director of Derma Sciences, Inc. in which Comvita has a commercial partnership.
Chairman Colin Groves said: “We are very pleased to be able to appoint Mr Hewlett to the SeaDragon Board. Mr Hewlett’s experience and proven track record will strengthen the current Board and contribute to SeaDragon’s vision and strategy. We are looking forward to Mr Hewlett’s contribution to the Board and working with the Comvita team to achieve SeaDragon’s growth ambitions.”
At the company’s next meeting of shareholders, shareholders will be asked to elect Brett Hewlett to the Board of SeaDragon.
