David re-joined Buddle Findlay in 2010 after working for several years as a commercial litigation solicitor in the professional and financial disputes team of an international law firm in London. He is an experienced advocate with expertise in banking and finance, insolvency, construction and property litigation. He works with a number of Buddle Findlay clients across a range of sectors, particularly financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, public bodies and private and corporate clients.
