NZX-listed milk marketer in exclusive talks to buy 75.1% of Southland processor.

A2 Milk has offered $270 million to buy 75.1% of Southland milk processor Mataura Valley Milk.
In a statement to the NZX this morning, A2 confirmed the non-binding indicative offer and said Mataura Valley had agreed to provide a period of exclusivity to do due diligence.
