Abano deal in doubt as services suspended
Dental services provider shuts down non-essential services to restrict Covid-19 spread.
Abano Healthcare has opted to shut down all non-essential services following advice from the New Zealand Dental Council and Ministry of Health to stem the coronavirus spread.
The move may put its takeover by a private equity consortium, approved by shareholders on Friday, in doubt.
