Air New Zealand sheds 300 pilots, others have pay cut by 30%
Bitter crew negotiations continue but pilots publicly OK with their deal.
Around 900 Air New Zealand pilots will take a 30% pay cut for the next nine months in order to remain on the airline’s books and have a path back to employment once air travel fully resumes.
The New Zealand Air Line Pilots’ Association (NZALPA) has reached the agreement with Air New Zealand
