Alvarium acquires 51% of Pathfinder
Co-founders John Berry and Paul Brownsey remain shareholders and retain their roles.
Alvarium (NZ) Wealth Management has taken a 51% stake in responsible investment fund manager Pathfinder.
Pathfinder, which launched its first ethical fund in 2010, will use the capital to build its offering for ethical investment products to the New Zealand market.
