AMP Life sale gets RBNZ go ahead

The Reserve Bank has approved the AMP Life to Resolution Life, after a year and a half of back and forth on the conditions of the sale, imposed to protect policy holders.
AMP initially notified the central bank of the sale proposal for its life business on both sides of the Tasman in September
