ASB chair retires
Gavin Walker will step down in August when Dame Therese Walsh will take over.
ASB chairman Gavin Walker will retire from the ASB board in August and will be replaced by Air New Zealand chair Dame Therese Walsh.
Walsh is a current ASB director.
Walker has been on the ASB board since March 2010 and took over the chairmanship in August 2011.
