Auckland Airport's first-half profit falls

The airport has also lowered its charges to airlines after Commerce Commission criticism.

Auckland International Airport’s interim after-tax profit has dropped 11%, although revenue growth grew about the same amount.

The company’s reported after-tax profit was $147.2 million in the six months to December 31, down from $165.9m in the same period a year earlier.
