The Registrar of Companies has failed to get convicted financiers Paul Bublitz and Bruce McKay a further 12-year ban on being directors or company promoters of companies.
In a judgement released this morning from the High Court in Auckland, Justice Sally Fitzgerald decided an extension was warranted
