Offshore wind developer Bluefloat Energy has axed its plans for wind farms in New Zealand citing “key uncertainties” about how the market would develop.
Bluefloat had been working on projects to develop 2GW of wind farms off Taranaki and Waikato in partnership with consultancy Elemental Group.
