Burnsco sold to Aussie retailer Jaycar
One family-owned retail firm hands over the reins to another.
Burnsco has 16 stores from Opua to Christchurch.
Marine and campervan equipment retailer Burnsco will shift to Australian ownership after its Macleod family shareholders agreed to sell the business to Jaycar Electronics Group.
The business was reportedly put up for sale in July with KPMG advising on the process.
