Interim liquidators of CBL Insurance have agreed to pay cash and other assets to defunct Gibraltar insurer Elite in exchange for the release of reinsurance liabilities.
The deal is subject to approval by the High Court at a hearing on August 30 and 31 as well as a binding ruling from the Inland
