Marine phosphate miner fined over disclosure issues but had warned it couldn’t afford to pay.
Marine phosphate miner Chatham Rock Phosphate has been fined $25,000 for failing to release 61 announcements to the NZX that it gave to its home exchange in Canada.
The Canadian-incorporated company is registered in New Zealand as an overseas company, given it holds a mining permit over an area
