Chow brothers win High Court case over Arrow bond payment

Judge rules interim injunction cuts across an agreement between the parties.

A High Court judge has ruled in favour of the Chow brothers in a case over an insurance payment of a construction bond taken out by collapsed building company Arrow International. 

BDO, Arrow’s liquidators, had applied to extend an interim injunction that prevented the $900,000 payment
