Class action lawsuit against ANZ Bank goes ahead
Victims of David Ross’ ponzi scheme have until January 31, 2020 to opt in.
The High Court at Wellington has given investors in Ross Asset Management (RAM) the green light to start their class action lawsuit against ANZ Bank for allegedly failing to manage the ponzi scheme’s accounts.
The claim is likely to be heard next year, having been filed in the High Court on
