Commerce Minister hints no surprises in finance code of conduct
Now legislation has been passed, the sector awaits a new code of conduct for financial advisers.
With the Financial Services Legislation Amendment Bill passing last week, all eyes are now on the financial advice code of conduct for the sector and after that, a consultation period for thorny issues such as how financial advisers are remunerated.
