US stocks pushed the Dow Jones Industrial Average to a record high as Intel boosted technology stocks.
Intel jumped 5.1% but analysts could not immediately find a reason, with some suggesting the stock was reviving Friday’s rally after the chipmaker eased concerns over its business.
