New Zealand Skills and Education Group (NZSEG) has acquired workplace training and professional development organisation Edvance for an undisclosed amount.
NZSEG founder and managing director Brijesh Sethi told NBR that Edvance was looking for a buyer and the deal ‘came at the right time’.
