FMA prohibits Auckland company from promoting financial products

Syndicated Trusts now subject to a stop order.

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has stopped an Auckland company from advertising its financial products that the company says would bring a return of up to 10%.

FMA issued a stop order against Syndicated Trusts Ltd, warning New Zealanders to be wary of dealing with the company.
