FMA raps NZX over tech failures
Stock exchange operator breached licence obligations over outages and DDoS attacks, says regulator.

The Financial Markets Authority has found stock exchange operator NZX breached its licence obligations in a series of technological failures during 2020.
The finding follows market outages in March and April last year as the NZX struggled to cope with trading volumes and further outages caused
