FMA slaps financial adviser on the wrist
Copying and pasting signatures got financial adviser fired, then named and shamed.
The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has named and shamed Palmerston North financial adviser Brian John Ferguson.
A formal warning was issued about Mr Ferguson by the FMA for copying and pasting client signatures in insurance policy documents on two different occasions.
