Foley buys Nourish Group for unknown price
Good Spirits backed out of buying the major restauranteur, which includes Soul Bar and Jervois Steak House, for $21.3m in April.
American billionaire Bill Foley’s New Zealand investment company now controls Nourish’s restaurants.
Foley Holdings has purchased Nourish Group for an undisclosed price three months after Good Spirits pulled out of purchasing the hospitality business in April.
