Fonterra buys Australian cheese processor

Dairy co-op Fonterra has agreed a $A19.2 million ($20.9m) deal to buy Australian cheese maker Dairy Country.
The transaction via subsidiary Fonterra Brands (Australia) was announced by ASX-listed vendor Retail Food Group on September 11.
