Prices continued to push higher in Fonterra’s overnight GlobalDairyTrade auction.
The GDT Price Index rose 1.7% to $US3481 a tonne, the sixth increase in the past 10 auctions. The benchmark whole milk powder (WMP) price was up 2.2% to $US3321/t, well above the three-year average of $US3060/t.
