NZX-listed publican Good Spirits Hospitality has backed out of the $3.4 million acquisition of three well-known Wellington pubs without reason.
It had planned to purchase The Featherston Tavern, Leuven Belgian Beer Café, and Avida Bar, which occupy three corners of the Featherston and Johnston
