Good Spirits to buy Nourish Group for $21.3m plus earnouts
The NZX-listed publican will have 20 venues once deal is complete.
NZX-listed Good Spirits Hospitality has agreed to buy hospitality provider Nourish Group and 10 of its venues for $21.3 million plus earnouts.
Good Spirits (GSH) will take ownership of Soul Bar & Bistro, Talulah, The Chamberlain, The Brit, Andiamo, Shed 5, The Crab Shack (Wellington), Pravda
