Controversial former Fonterra director Leonie Guiney says she is “thrilled” shareholders have re-elected her to the board alongside Zespri chairman Peter McBride.
Sitting director Ashley Waugh, Maori TV chairman Jamie Tuuta and owner of Rylib Group John Nicholls were unsuccessful.
