Hart in $978m sale to private equity
Reynolds Group sells part of packaging business, weeks after IPO announcement.
NBR Rich Lister Graeme Hart ’s US packing empire Reynolds Group Holdings has disclosed a deal to sell its Closure Systems International unit to private equity firm Cerberus Capital for $US615 million ($978m).
The move comes six weeks after Reynolds announced the potential float of its Reynolds
