Hotel developer Kilmour in liquidation
Christchurch property sold on completion to entity in Mauritius.
The completion of the $40 million Sudima Hotel in Christchurch was no cause for celebration for its developer Kilmour Properties 2014, which was placed in liquidation weeks later.
Kilmour, owned by Auckland-based developer Neil Barr, sold the property in May to a Mauritius-registered company
