Infratil and Mercury to take out Tilt

Wind and solar energy company's share price rises on takeover bid from its two biggest shareholders.

Three months after buying 20% of listed wind and solar energy specialist Tilt Renewables, Mercury has put its holding into a partnership with Infratil to take the company private.
