Auckland-based payments technology company Invenco will be acquired by NYSE-listed industrial technology conglomerate Vontier for US$80 million ($127m) in a deal announced overnight.

Invenco is led by tech entrepreneur Sir Peter Maire and part-owned by interests associated with NBR Lister Greg
