Judge sides with ex-bankrupt against NBR Listers in $6.5m property dispute

Ingers failed to give proper notice over soured land deal, judge says.

The High Court has agreed with a company linked to serial bankrupt Peter Chevin in a $6.5m property dispute with NBR Listers Joanne and Glen Inger.

Chevin is a consultant to Birdwood Rodney Trustee Ltd, which was due to buy a block of development land in Wellsford from Blue Moon Ltd in 2020.
