Deep tech startup hub LevelTwo, birthplace of Rocket Lab and LanzaTech, has rebranded as Outset Ventures as it pivots towards being more than a landlord for startups.
Deep tech is technology based on fundamental scientific advances and discoveries or engineering innovations.
