There were two categories of assets held by clients of Dunedin financial adviser Barry Kloogh – those held by a custodian and those he stole, the latest liquidator’s report says.
Kloogh pleaded guilty in March to 11 of 12 charges laid by the Serious Fraud Office and is due to be sentenced on
