Dispute saw founder ousted by previous part-owner Polar Capital and company CEO.
The receivers of the Pricewise and Zenith Distribution businesses, which are both in receivership, have completed the sale of the businesses to a group headed up by current Pricewise chief executive Craig Robertson and Polar Capital.
