Mainland Poultry confirms sale plan
Luminis Partners appointed to advise on potential deal.
Mainland Poultry is New Zealand’s biggest egg producer.
Egg producer Mainland Poultry, whose Zeagold business sells under the Farmer Brown and Woodland brands, has confirmed the appointment of Luminis Partners to advise on a potential sale.
Mainland is majority-owned by private equity firm Navis Capital, which bought its stake in 2017.
