Nobilo sold to American wine giant
Overseas Investment Office has given its nod to the $US130m deal.
Californian wine giant E&J Gallo has bought the New Zealand Nobilo wine brand and select assets from Constellation Brands for $US130 million.
The deal received Overseas Investment Office approval on May 22 and included the Nobilo wine brand and associated intellectual property for worldwide use,
