NZ economy remains near top in world’s ‘rockstar’ class
Pressure is off for an official cash rate move in next week’s review.

Despite some glum forecasts, the New Zealand economy remains in the rockstar class of the advanced world.
The annual rate of 2.5% puts it third behind the US (3.2%) and Ireland (3.0%) among 15 other mature economies after Thursday’s March quarter result of 0.6%.
