NZ moving from a bicultural to multicultural nation: Roger Gray

The co-chair of Champions for Change says there’s a lot of work to do on ethnic diversity at senior levels within organisations.

Corporate progress on ethnic diversity has been slow, particularly at more senior levels, according to the 2025 Champions for Change Impact report.

This year’s survey gathered data from 42 of the 56 Champion organisations, but the numbers reporting alter each year, which makes comparisons
